We normally despatch all our orders within 4-7 days of receiving the order. We strive to deliver products purchased from www.shop.karthikandco.in in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible through our courier and transport partners. Our online division is operated from Tiruppur. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 10 working days to deliver the product to the customer area after the item gets dispatched.

The shipping times mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate, and we cannot guarantee them. Customers who have a deadline to meet should place an order early. 

 

We hereby request that you go through our shipping policy before making any purchase from our website.

Regarding Freight charges:

Freight is free inside Tamil Nadu. Additional for other states.

We will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in the minimum time possible, but we will not be responsible for any loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, or mistakes by the courier or transport partner. 

 

We shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to a lack of proper shipping information.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the transport partner in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer has not reported to collect the parcel at the destination point. 

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For cancellation, the Customer has to reach us within 2 days after the placement of order.  Order stands confirmed and processed after 100% payment done by the customer.

We will not accept a return unless the customer reports the reason for the return after receiving it at their end immediately.  The customer has to reach our team immediately to resolve issues.
